Applicable Law and Venue

Arbitration

All disputes arising out of, or relating to, this service, website, or the content thereof, will be settled by mediation, or by binding arbitration before a neutral third party in San Diego, California. Before commencing arbitration, the parties must attempt in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation. Any matter not resolved by mediation must be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for arbitration in San Diego, California. All costs of the arbitration will be borne equally by the parties to the arbitration, except the arbitrator has discretion to award reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing party (or the most prevailing party). The arbitrator does not have any authority to alter, amend, or modify any of the terms of these Terms of Use, and may not grant any remedy that is either barred by the terms of this Agreement or not available in a court of law.

Modifications and Severability

CanYouEatIt reserves the right to modify the terms of use agreement at any time and without prior notice. If any of the conditions contained in the Terms of Use are deemed invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
